Once inside, make your way back to where you found your first weapon, next to the body of the doctor beside a desk. Simply enter the control room located nearby, allowing you to access the vault and lower yourself down by standing in the centre platform. Once you’ve done that, head back to Vault 111, which is located nearby the Sanctuary. As we said, this will take some time, so spend some time getting your character these necessary requirements before attempting to unlock the case. In addition, your Perception perk must be at Level 4, and you’ll need the ability to pick Master Locks-that means a Locksmith Perk of Rank 3.
First things first: you’re going to have to spend a fair bit of time with Fallout 4 before you have a chance of unlocking the case, as you’ll need to be at least Level 18 to do so.
